Ms. Shuchi has been practicing law since 2011. She founded the Lex Cognitio in 2016 as a boutique firm encompassing document drafting and title due diligence services. Over the years she grew the firm in manner that Lex Cognitio has diversified in providing various other services like Intellectual Property registration, MCA services, consumer complaint matters, to name a few.


Before founding Lex Cognitio, Ms. Shuchi has worked in corporate houses viz. Ascendas Firstspace Development Management Private Limited and Arthveda Fund Management Private Limited and as an associate at law firm Ezy Laws. Ms Shuchi also has over an year apprentice experience working with India’s premier corporate houses and law firms.


She has acquired vast experience in various complex transactions in financial service and real estate sector and its functionalities, drafting wide spectrum of Agreements & legal documentation with local & international vendors/partners, legal opinions, trademark registration and corporate filings on MCA portal.
